A Shoutouts page lets me say hello and share a few inside jokes over the web. Here's an example of a format I might use.

Some of the best times in my life were with you! From back when you lived in good old Dorset 2 now living in good old J-town in your new house!! In are 14 years together we have done stuff i would have never done with out you by my side!! From the time @ Wal*mart in 6th grade to the time @ Applebees and also new years!! "3 horns never play with long necks" Hehe We have took some crazy pictures!! You are wild with a camera!! Let me tell yah!! You are one "good kiddo" You have helped me sooo much i dont know what i would do with out you!! You are great to talk to and you would never tell anyone anything i wouldent want u 2!! And you know i am the same wayy!!
